As a graduate of Middlesex University, Damian has 15 years experience of Department Store retailing, starting out as a graduate trainee at Selfridges.

Damian has subsequent experience of Furniture buying at both Marks & Spencer and John Lewis Partnership.

During his career, he has developed many product ranges across all Furniture categories, from both UK and off shore sources.

At House of Fraser for the last 5 years, he has reshaped & repositioned the Furniture offer to become a House of Brands, with the expansion of their heritage brands plus the introduction of Natuzzi, Laura Ashley, And So To Bed & Dwell.  In conjunction, he has developed the private label offer through our own brand Linea, and in 2010 he will introduce two new house brands.
