Cecylia Choryn, a Product Design graduate from Edinburgh College of Art has designed 'Poise', a pendant light inspired by “a favourite dinner party memory, with friends”.

The balanced shades change position from open to close depending on how bright you want the light to be, ‘Poise’ is an interactive dining light with 18 translucent shades made of polyester.

The light is powered by 12V transformer and LED stripes.

To adjust the level of brightness, simply move the bottom ring up, down or sideways. The shades will automatically stay in the position thanks to the perfect balanced weight of top and bottom part of the pendant.
